This August, Aquarius’s colors seem to shine in a gradation — from a deep crimson to the shade of purple — the first and second halves of August seem to both shine with their own colorations. The crimson surrounding the first half of August comes from the powerful light of the sun and Mars. With Mars coming into contact with Uranus on the second and the solar eclipse on the 11th, we see the fires of passion rising up from within you. Emotions from the inside seem to bleed out in your reactions more than usual. Your desire for justice seems to elevate as well — you’re more inclined to stand up and protect someone, or work towards fixing forms of injustice or other societal problems. The solar eclipse in particular seems to signal new cycles for people in relationships in particular. You may begin living with your partner, or the relationship itself takes a more serious tone. It’s also a period of contemplation: you may begin wondering if you’re good with the way things are now. In a way, it may feel like a transition in the seasons. In entering into the latter half of August, we see colors shift into a calmer violet, with the pace of the everyday beginning to slow down.
